INTOI dispose business property in Bredäng

Intoi AB (publ) has signed a contract round disposing Deltacos earlier business property in Bredäng. The transaction amount is approximately 19 MSEK and final settlement occur the 16th of December 2009.

The dispose of the property involve that the cash flow improves with corresponding amount and a net value loss of appr. 5 MSEK. The group have has a yearly cost on approximately 2 MSEK for the property.
