Peter is chairman of EPiServer AB and Pricer AB and a member of the boards of Q-Matic AB and Common Agenda Venture Management AB. Peter has over 20 years of experience from the software industry, among other things as CEO of EPiServer AB, Protect Data AB and Pointsec Mobile Technologies AB.
Stockholding: 100,000 class B shares.

Born in 1962, IHM programs on international sales, communication and leadership and courses in economics at Stockholm University. Former positions such as Sales Diretor at Adobe Nordic, CEO of Interleaf Norden and several senior international positions at Oracle Corporation.

Björn Abild, Boardmember
The new boardmember Björn Abild, born 1955, are MD in Expert Sweden AB since 2004 and have a position in the leading group for Expert A/S. Björn Abild has a business-school graduate and almost 20 years of experience from retail trade, which provide Intoi important competence on the area. He has had several leading positions within trade-and retail, for example as a MD for TeamSportia during the year 2001-2004, MD in Dagab Närlivs and in sell-and market responsible in Sardus, former listed on the stock market.
Karin Moberg, Board member.
Born in 1963, M.B.A. Karin is founder and CEO of FriendsOfAdam and a member of the boards of the Seventh National Pension Fund (AP7), Caretech AB and Doro AB. For 14 years Karin has held senior positions in TeliaSonera, among other things as President of Telia e-bolaget, Marketing Director and Acting Head of Group Communications. Karin also has previous experience as a management consultant and sales representative in Hong Kong.

Jonas Mårtensson, Board member.
Born in 1963, M.B.A. from the Stockholm School of Economics. Since 2006 Jonas has been employed by Alted AB, where he is also a partner and board member. Jonas is chairman of Ownpower Projects Europe AB and Transticket AB and a member of the boards of Doro AB and PanVision Holding AB. For 17 years Jonas has worked for investment banks (SEB Enskilda, Maizels, Westerberg & Co and Nordea) as an advisor for mergers & acquisitions and with capital procurements and IPOs.
